Karen Keefer was the founding member of Franklin County Cyclists. After 12 years of service, Karen retired from the FCC Board in 2019. The FCC Board wanted to honor Karen for her commitment to bicycling in Franklin County, her hard work in forming and leading a successful bicycle club and her dedication to the community through the Century Ride fundraiser. Each year the FCC Board selects one FCC Member who has earned the Karen Keefer Award by exhibiting extraordinary dedication and leadership to the bicycling community in Franklin County.
